Right, so here are the instructions. Read them and reply accordingly... 

 

RSVP - Please RSVP Yes or No by 1 March 2015

 

We know this is an early RSVP date but it is this way because we need to allocate accommodation,  communicate to 70 people, and make sure those not able/not choosing to stay in the village have ample time to sort alternative lodging. We will confirm this ASAP.

 

At the same time as the RSVP please give us an indication of your choices on the fun bits. 

 

• Let us know which events you would like to be catered for at.

• Let us know which accommodation preference you have, Please carefully read the accommodation page here so you know what the form is with the Village! As we mention we will try our best to accommodate you but accommodation is not guaranteed and is partially dependant on the numbers of respondents.

• Let us know if you would be interested in us organising a transfer for you. If a significant number of people arrive on the same flight we will organise a mini coach transfer (Please see Flight info and transfer page here for our suggestions on flight times to make this work)

• Please let us know in the comments if you think you will be flying into a different airport or at a different time in a group of people and we will try and help you co-ordinate something if we can. 

 

After 1st March we will email everyone with detailed accommodation information and to confirm your accommodation choice.
